This is great I never thought of just drying the leaves. The way I preserved my green is I blend them in a paste then mix it with soaked chia seeds, add some sunflowers and pumkin seeds then roll it flat and in the dehydrator it makes great crackers and it is a good way to get the kids to eat plenty of greens.
