You’re welcome, Helen, I’m glad it was helpful. You’re right, it is complicated. On the one hand, “eat seasonally, eat locally,” should be a pretty good (and simple) start, but the concept of “local” can take a lot of navigating. Thanks for commenting!

I really didn’t know much about it before. Your article illustrates just how complicated it is to eat food that is healthy for people and for the planet.
