Wow, Kim, that’s a lot of predators. Our main concern is pythons, and our pythons are only big enough to be a problem for chicks. I totally agree about the composting 🙂 Thanks for commenting.

Many good points made in this article.

I would also emphasize the benefit of being able to have your chickens compost good sized amounts of waste for you, a la Geoff Lawton’s stationary “chicken tractor on steroids”. The stationary version, not a mobile coop.
