					<description><![CDATA[That&#039;s brilliant, to group your activities together. I&#039;ve always been goal-oriented but it just didn&#039;t work when I did a 10 day meditation with Vipasana. I was determined to do it &#039;properly&#039; and get something out of it. But all I could focus on was the pain of sitting still for hours on end. Force just didn&#039;t work. But it was a huge lesson for me. I like your approach much better :-)]]></description>
